Tracking the order status
All customers must specify the address where you would like us to send your items before checkout. Once your order is placed, you can easily track the status of your shipment through PayPal.
Order Cancellation
You may only cancel your order within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. Once the order is in process, it can not be cancelled.
Price Adjustment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We offer a 14 day price guarantee. The guarantee is only available once, and refunds will be done through PayPal. This excludes temporary promotional sales, and pricing errors if any. For adjustments, please contact us.

You can place orders any time 24/7. Our business hours are: Monday thru Friday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time.
We are closed for for all U.S. Postal holidays, i.e., New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Additional closures will be posted on the main/top page.

Your items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry, not available for: APO/FPO destinations and U.S. territories, possessions, and freely-associated states except for Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. The shipping charge will be automatically added to the shopping cart.

We will be happy to ship an order to international destinations! We deliver by USPS Express Mail International, and the destination has to be acknowledged by USPS regulations.

Sales Taxes
All items shipped to a Colorado postal address are subject to a 8.70% sales tax by law. Sales Tax will be automatically added in your total.
Returns - Defective Items Only
We always examine items before we ship. Should you receive a defective item please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a refund. Only defective items are available for refund or exchange. SHIPPO SHIPPO and its suppliers reserve the right to determine the definition of a defective item. Defective items will be refunded through PayPal.
Insurance
We regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for lost or damaged items due to shipping. If you wish to insure your purchase please contact us and we will send you an invoice through Paypal with insurance charges.
